Are you a factory or a trading company?

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available so you can check the quality in your own shop before ordering in bulk.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support small orders for repair shops and flexible MOQ for wholesalers. Contact us with your model list and we will quote accordingly.
Do you test products before shipment?
Yes. Every screen is tested one by one for display, backlight, touch and function before it is packed and shipped.
How long is the warranty?
All products come with a 1-year quality warranty against manufacturing defects.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3-7 days after payment. International delivery by DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS or China Post usually takes 4-15 business days.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Wholesale prices depend on the model, quantity and market changes. Send us your model list by WhatsApp or the inquiry form and we will reply with the latest factory price.
Warranty
1-Year Quality Warranty
- All goods go through strict quality control and testing before they ship out.
- Every product is backed by a 1-year quality warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Please check the goods when you receive them and report any issue to us as soon as possible with photos or videos.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition (no physical damage, no water damage, protective film and flex intact) to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
- Before you pay, please make sure your address and contact number are correct.
- Items are shipped within 3-7 days after payment is received.
- If an item is temporarily short in stock, we will inform you in time.
- You will get a tracking number after shipment to track your parcel online.
- Parcels reach most countries within 4-15 business days, depending on destination and local customs.
- We are not responsible for customs tax or fees, but we will help keep them to a minimum.
- We are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. If a parcel does not arrive on time, contact us immediately.
